Hi Nagi, you said that these little beauties were the same spice mix as your Middle Eastern koftas, but you are telling porkies. You have pulled back a little on the cumin and coriander, but significantly on the cinnamon. I just made your original kofta recipe and I think that maybe they were a bit heavy on cinnamon – but not in a nasty way. I would however pull it back to one tsp but leave the extra half a tsp of the cumin and coriander in there. It was tres delicious.

Perfect!! Delicious!! The tips on how not to reduce noodle breakage was priceless.
I was a couple of prawns short so I added 1 tbsp soaked dried teeny-tiny ones.

Hi Nagi , I made your chow Mein starring your Charlie sauce! Brilliant. I used 500gram of pork mince instead of chicken. Absolutely delicious. Thanks for the Charlie recipe, a big jar in the fridge. Adriana Gold Coast.

Hi Nagi, I made this recipe over the weekend but had to triple up size, because i needed to make 45 of it, but obviously with the huge increase of oil, all the paper liners pulled away from the cupcake afterwards, so i couldn’t use it, how do i avoid this in future? I absolutely love love all your recipes!
